Low Voltage

The voltage has dropped drastically, causing lights to dim significantly and ceiling fans to rotate very slowly. Electronic appliances like the refrigerator and AC are unable to start up or are making a straining, humming sound, so we have turned them off to prevent damage. The issue has been persistent for the last couple of hours across the entire building/lane.
